Metro train to airport and how to distinguish long-term parking lot from the others in St Louis Metro station?

I have received some very helpful inputs about parking in St Louis Metro station and then taking the train to Lambert airport for a Southwest flight at 10 AM. I am travelling by myself with only one luggage and coming from southern Illinois. BTW,which stop which I get off (Main or East terminal) for Southwest flight? Thank you all very much!!
